Week of February 23, 2026 - Queen Village/Moore Brothers Order Form

Hello everybody!!

This week is a week where we also will have an option for Saturday pickups in Queen Village at 4th and Monroe from 9am til 10:30am then onto Moore Brothers Wines in Pennsauken from 11am til 12:30pm. Make sure you select the proper pick up day.

I am trying to keep a positive spin on all this snow. I really am. Just look at my clenched teeth as I grin....

Well, things haven't been terrible with the snow around here. But up in New York and Boston (or in between to be specific), it's been a disaster. Three feet plus and really tough to get snow removed. Not from the highways. That's easy. From the towns and streets where fishermen and truck drivers live. They haven't been able to get to work.

So, those bay scallops I was talking about are not making it this week. Next week hopefully.Things are slowly started to move again...Funny. A lot of product is up there but without ground transport, it can't get anywhere...But, in the end, we have a lot of stuff here and we can certainly make do and fun..

So, we will have fresh Steelhead trout fillet! (see my toothy grin?) We love our steelhead around here. The fattier cousin of salmon, this is one terrific fish to make a poke bowl out of. It looks similar to salmon and you can cook it exactly the same way as you would salmon...But if you prefer salmon, we do have blast frozen salmon for you...

I won't go down the list of things to much since you can scroll for yourself and see the bounty we have. This is a good opportunity to pick up a couple of things you haven't had in a while and play with it. Or something you have never tried but always wanted to. Food and fun go hand in hand...

As for special items this week, we have a nice shot of fish meatballs in pesto cream sauce. We've made it saucier so that you can toss it with pasta if that's what you like doing.

We have smoked albacore tuna spread. Quickly becoming one of people's favorite things...

And back from a little hiatus, we have Stonyrun Farms wagyu ground beef back!!! I don't know about you, but I have been in withdrawal on this one...

Also, for those with an affinity for British and Irish comfort foods, we smoked some haddock fillets. Known as finnan haddie, this is a great thing to add to a stew or a soup for some smoky notes. Some classics from there include Kedgeree and Cullin Skink. Both worth trying out. Good stuff...

We have Littleneck clams and PEI mussels this week. Great thing to add to Settantatre Pasta Co fresh spinach linguini. Best cheap meal ever!!.Also, Savage Blondes are the oysters this week from PEI... Nice and plump.

See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..

I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...

Here is the order form. Bring a bag! Bring a bag! Bring a bag!
