Week of June 16, 2025 - Fairmount/444 N 4th Order Form

Hello everybody!!

Quick reminder that this week and next week, everything is on as normal. The week of July 4th, we close for vacay. Plan accordingly...

There are a few seafood items that really evoke excitement for all of us. Soft shell crabs. Lobster season. And. of course, halibut. And here we are. A little later than normal but the crowd still screams and hollers even when the band comes on late. We focus on East Coast halibut from Nova Scotia. A more tender halibut than its Pacific Alaskan cousin. In my book, this is the best of the best from a fishery that is MSC certified for sustainability. So, let's celebrate! Fresh halibut!!

Also quite a treat, and one of my favorite quick meals, is beautiful Rainbow trout from Idaho! We have butterflied fillets, meaning head off and boneless. And we have whole trout with the head on and bone in but scaled and gutted. Great stuff and so affordable too!

We have more fresh claw and knuckle lobster meat as well as frozen South African lobster tails!  It is summer, baby! That means lobstahhhhh!

We have more King mackerel steaks as well as more skate cheeks. We have more Black cod fillets, wild head on shrimp, wild rock shrimp.

We have our usual best in class fresh Faroe Island salmon as well as fresh Hokkaido scallops. Both sushi grade and both blast frozen if you prefer. Remember, they are still sushi grade even when frozen.

And as a special item, we have a new batch of that amazing lettuce from Sussex Fresh in Delaware. This week, Red Gems! Honestly, those of you who have tried now know what real lettuce tastes like. Wow...

PEI mussels are the shellfish of the week. And with organic fresh spinach linguini from Settantatre Pasta Co? Best cheap meal ever! Island Pearls are the oysters this week from PEI. Nice and plump.

See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..

I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...

Here is the order form. Bring a bag! Bring a bag! Bring a bag!
