Week of November 17, 2025 - Fairmount/444 N 4th Order Form
Hello everybody!!
So, this is the week to order stuff before we go on break. We always take the week of Thanksgiving off so you gotta load up now. Be warned. Also, for those who can't make it to pick stuff up this week, we will be at the shop from 8am til noon for last minute walkins. No need to pre-order for that.
Let's go! First up on the list is a nice shot of fresh cooked claw and knuckle lobster meat from Nova Scotia! We will be vac packing them so you have a good ten day shelf life in your fridge although you can certainly freeze it as well...it's been a while and could be another while still..just saying.. And to go along with that if you like, we have fresh lobster ravioli from Settantatre Pasta Co!! Posh meal for the holidays never hurt anyone...
We have shucked oysters in their juice for those who want to make some oyster stuffing for the holidays. By the pint. Not meant to be eaten raw like our live oysters. These are meant for baking or frying up...
We have crab cocktail fingers which are super meat and great for a nice app to lay out with a little cocktail sauce..
We have fresh Faroe Island salmon as well as Hokkaido scallops. Best in class and both sushi grade. And speaking of sushi grade, hamachi loin has been a big hit for the holidays for many of you guys. Lay out a platter with thinly sliced hamachi, top with sliced jalapenos and drizzle with our ponzu sauce..Always a great start to a party meal...
And, we have so many goodies too. Butterflied branzini, whole branzini, cod cheeks, barbouni/rouget, Portuguese sardines, lobster tails, head on shrimp, sushi grade rock shrimp, and on and on..
We also have Chilean Seabass fillets as well as Black Cod fillets for whole sides to drop on your holiday table.
For special items, of course you need cultured butter for a kickass gravy, Osetra caviar for a little pre-game, and doughs for your pies..
But how about a little Lava Cake to really indulge, huh? We are collaborating with Good Good Chocolate in Queen Village for this. A great chocolate shop you should check out and support especially for the holidays. When they make stuff, they only use the best ingredients. Valrhona Chocolate, Plugra butter..You get two lava cakes per order frozen which you have to bake off. They are really top notch.
One thing. We have a limited amount and want to try to have everyone who wants one, get one. So, please order no more that two orders per person please. We will bring them back again. Promise..

Littleneck clams are the shellfish of the week. And with organic fresh spinach linguini from Settantatre Pasta Co? Best cheap meal ever! Pemaquid Selects are the oysters this week from Maine . Nice and plump.
See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...
And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..
I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...
