Week of June 22, 2026 - Small World Seafood Update

Hello everybody!!

Another gorgeous weekend in the area!! And a sea of yellow in the city with Brasil pounding our city with dancing and singing and smiles and laughter..So many visitors to our fair city. Kind of weird. We don't normally get to see lots of global visitors here. And they are so bloody impressed with our city. Hopefully, the secret doesn't get out...

So, this is the last week for everybody to order before we break for our annual July 4th vacation. We will not be doing a run next week, July 2nd. Now is the time to load up for two weeks. We will have some store hours on Monday, June 29th and Tuesday June 30th from 8am til noon for the last minute people.

And after three weeks of tuna, i can honestly say that i definitely wouldn't mind one more. And guess what? More tuna this week! This time, yellowfins from Canada and Maine!!! i am definitely not going to complain about that...

More claw and knuckle lobster meat too!!! From lovely Nova Scotia, one pound of cooked meat ready to warm up for lobster rolls...unless you like it the cold mayo, celery way..Either way, you have a week in the fridge with it or you can freeze it too!!

Definitely some Faroe Island salmon and Hokkaido scallops..both sushi grade and both best in class..

Plenty of rainbow trout, branzini, hamachi loins and kamas, Chilean seabass, Black Cod...all kinds of shrimp...

We also have another shot of hot dogs from El Camino but this time, they are All Beef dogs! Stock up for the holiday people!!!

And the fresh pasta this week will be rotini! Look, it may be getting a little hot for a lotta pasta but rotini is such a great pasta for pasta salads. What says summer more than that? Use our baby shrimp or crab meat and have a blast!!!

We also have a nice shot of shrimp and crab canneloni back into the fold. Plenty of that whole crab crab meat that is fantastic for crab cakes and pastas.

And as always, I am still keeping my eyes peeled for something else coming our way. You never know..There are a few possibilities still to reveal themselves....

You see how much fun we can have? I feel it too...

PEI mussels are the shellfish of the week....Pair with Settentatre Pasta Co's organic fresh rotini for cheapest meal ever!!  Not sure about oysters yet... We have labneh and smoked fish..So many good things..

Plenty of crab meat, shrimp, etc....

I know, I know..Lots of words...

Anyway, as usual, I have to thank all of you guys for being in our lives. What an incredible community we live in...
