Week of December 15, 2025 - Fit/Ritt/Wash Sq Order Form

Hello everybody!!

Can you feel the tensity of it all? Some feel it as anxiety. I feel it as excitement. I know. I'm weird...

Super Important!!!! Please read the next few of paragraphs...

This is a week where we do the Saturday option as well for Queen Village & Moore Brothers in Pennsauken. Make sure you toggle the correct pick up day.

Okay, so, we are going to do things normally this week with pick ups tomorrow as usual. For the next two weeks, however, we will be doing pick ups on Tuesdays. So, Tuesday the 23rd and Tuesday the 30th instead of the regular Thursday and Friday pickups in the city because of the holidays..

So, to get ahead of prepping everything for an early week pick up day, I will be sending you the order form on Sunday. I know I stated in an earlier email that I would do so on the Monday but Sunday gives us enough time to prep everything without going nuts over here...So, for next week,  order this Sunday and pick up on the Tuesday the 23rd...

Okay, so here we go for this week! First up is gorgeous sushi grade yellowfin tuna from Australia!!! A rarity to see come our way but really excited about it. They do a wonderful job handling the fish over there...Last fresh tuna of the year!!!! Celebrate!!! 

Fresh Faroe Island salmon is back! Also sushi grade, whether fresh or blast frozen, by the way. Hokkaido scallops, same!

We have fun stuff like Boston mackerel fillets, local herring fillets, Portuguese sardines, tons of shrimp options. 

Butterflied branzini and rainbow trout. Black cod as well as Chilean Seabass whole fillets. Great for center of the table holiday tables...

We have lump crab meat and crab cocktail fingers...Lobster tails from South Africa, tons of smoked fish options. Shucked oysters in pints..

For special items, we have more Osetra caviar, Foie Gras slices for searing, smoked albacore tuna spread, lobster ravioli...

And Wagyu ground beef is back!!!!

So have at it!!!

PEI mussels are the shellfish of the week. And with organic fresh spinach linguini from Settantatre Pasta Co? Best cheap meal ever! Christmas Points are the oysters this week from Maine . Nice and plump. 

See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..

I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...
