Week of October 19, 2026 - Fit/Ritt/Wash Sq Order Form
Hello everybody!!
Brrrrrrr...in the mornings. I love it. Makes you wanna snuggle up to someone or something...
This is a week where you have to choose between Friday pick ups at Fitler, Rittenhouse and Washington Sq OR Saturday pick ups in Queen Village and Moore Brothers Pennsauken. Toggle the correct pick up day please.
Okay! More good news on the fish front! Fresh albacore tuna from Maine hit the docks! Sushi grade and just so versatile to cook up! You can sear it, poach it, braise it, or just slice or dice it for poke bowls!!
Also, a nice shot of swordfish is hitting the markets from North Carolina. Couldn't pass it up so swordfish too!!!
Of course, our wonderful Faroe Island salmon from Hiddenfjord and Hokkaido scallops too. Both sushi grade and both the best of the best!! Hamachi is sushi grade. Dang. You can make quite a sushi spread if you really wanted to..
A special item we don't sell very often (I think we should do more of it) is skate wing. This is one of the tastiest treats of the sea. And it is so beautiful to look at just like a hand fan. The cool thing is that it laso happens to be one of the cheaper fish out there which is pretty nice right about now with how expensive things have gotten out there. Win , win, baby!!
We have more greenland turbot fillets. Slowly becoming the favorite fish of so many of you. I love that. It is super special. Just elegant and melts in your mouth..
Boston mackerel fillets, rainbow trout and branzini butterflied, Black cod fillets..So many good things to choose from!
Another special round of wild, foraged Hen of the Woods (maitake) mushrooms! From the folks at Red Raven in Lancaster. Pretty special to have foraged as opposed to cultivated. Tis the season!!
Hot smoked Faroe Island salmon (kippered) from our friends at El Camino is back! Jump on it!!
Pasta this week will be fresh bucatini for a little change. Wagyu ground beef is back in the mix.
Tons of stuff, really. Everything to make your dreams come true...
We have PEI mussels this week. Great thing to add to Settantatre Pasta Co fresh bucatini. Best cheap meal ever!!.Also, Beach Plums oysters his week from Massachussetts. Nice and big...good stuff..and briny..
So have at it!!!
See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...
And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..
I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...
