Week of September 28, 2026 - Fit/Ritt/Wash Sq Order Form

Hello everybody!!

Well, the fishing industry is resilient if nothing else. When boats do get the chance to get out there, they take it. So we will have a few fun things to play with this week after all!

First up is fresh swordfish!!! Always nice to have a little sword in our lives especially when there is nice weather and grilling is a possibility. Such a delicious and meaty fish that is as versatile a fish as you will ever encounter. You can grill it, pan sear it, roast it, poach it, braise it, schnitzel it, Piccata it..anything you can do with chicken breast you can sub for swordfish...great stuff.

We have more Greenland turbot fillet! Super tender, light, flaky, melt in your mouth elegance. An absolute wow of a fish. The northern cousin of king halibut. The more sophisticated cousin. You know who I am talking about...The classy cousins...

More Boston mackerel fillets too! Another amazing fish with great flavor. So good to pan sear or grill up. I like to roast it in a high temp oven (450F) skin side up with salt pepper olive oil for around 12 minutes..Amazing..

We have butterflied branzini and rainbow trout. Is there an easier meal to prepare at home and feel really good about yourself? Check our a couple of vids I made for them on our main site.

We have Faroe Island salmon as well as Hokkaido scallops. Hamachi loins and kamas.

And two special items. The first is a fish one. So, we are sold out of Chilean seabass fillets for now. The price on it has zoomed through the roof. However, clever as our supplier can be, they started gathering the trim they generate from producing portions and forming these lovely little Chilean seabass slider discs! No filler. No binding. Just a 100% seabass. Now, since there is nothing to bind it, you have to pan sear or air fry them from frozen. If you thaw them out, they can fall apart.  They are fun and delish! Great for sliders or fish tacos! You get 8 pucks to a pound and it costs $20 total. Pretty great, no?

Also, a pair up with a cool couple in Lancaster that sell fishs among other things in their shop, the Red Raven. John also happens to be a licensed mushroom forager. He has gathered some for us this week and we would love to get them to you! Real wild Hen of  the Woods, also known as Maitakes...and after these rains, they are in great form!

Pasta this week will be fresh bucatini for a little change...

Tons of stuff, really. Everything to make your dreams come true...

We have littleneck clams this week. Great thing to add to Settantatre Pasta Co fresh bucatini. Best cheap meal ever!!.Also, Fiddler's Cove oysters his week from Massachusetts. Nice and big...good stuff..and briny..

So have at it!!!

See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..

I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...

Here is the order form. Bring a bag! Bring a bag! Bring a bag!
