Week of July 13, 2026 - Fairmount/444 N 4th Order Form

Hello everybody!!

I don't know if I am just getting used to the heat or if I am in a state of magical thinking full of pure enchanting denial. It surely has been a hot summer. This parallels the coldness of our past winter. Weird how that happens...stupid pendulums....

Anyway, we have some fun stuff this week! First up is some gorgeous swordfish fillets! A favorite of so many people for its versatility, for sure. But it is the creamy texture and mild flavor that really can be impressive. So have fun. Try making it in a different wat. Our spice blands go great with it as does our Mediterranean marinade!

A nice shot of Boston mackerels fell into our lap so we filleted and blast froze some for you! Beautiful stuff!!!

And back by popular demand, whole Portuguese sardines!! Cleaned and gutted, these babies epitomize summer, don't they?

As does fresh cooked claw and knuckle lobster meat from Nova Scotia!!! Rolls, pastas, risottos..Or a chilled salad...yummy!!

And, of course, fresh and frozen sushi grade Faroe Island salmon and Hokkaido scallops. I can never decide if I prefer them cooked or raw. Both then. So good...

Branzini, rainbow trout, chilean seabass, black cod, hamachi loins and collars, a variety of shrimp. So much good stuff to stock back up with!!!

More fish meatballs in creamy pesto sauce, too!! Also more shrimp and crab canneloni!

Tons of stuff, really. Everything to make your dreams come true...

We have PEI mussels this week. Great thing to add to Settantatre Pasta Co fresh spinach linguini. Best cheap meal ever!!.Also, Katama's Signature are the oysters this week from Mahtha's Vineyard. nice and big...good stuff..and briny..

So have at it!!!

See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..

I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...
