Week of May 11, 2026 - Fairmount/444 N 4th Order Form

Hello everybody!!

okay, folks, let's have a fun mish mash week! I can feel the energy out there. Summer feels like it's coming up on us pretty quickly. I am excited too!

So let's start off with some delish swordfish fillets! Truly fresh sword should just melt in your mouth. Ours does, for sure. One of the most versatile fish out there cooking wise. Again, I say this often, anything you can do with chicken breast, you can do with swordfish. So have fun with it!

And more lobster claw and knuckle meat is around! That's always a treat on the weekends. A nice lobster roll can be an incredible (and justified) indulgence. I like to go a little surf and turf with my brioche rolls. Lobster rolls and hot dogs! Yes, more El Camino dogs this week!!! The real deal..

We have bluefish fillets this week from North Carolina! It's been a little while so excited to see it back in. And more monkfish fillet as well! So happy many of you have taken a liking to this fish. It is pretty terrific..

As for specail items, as mentioned, more smoked hot dogs from El Camino. We also have more smoked albacore tuna spread! More like a pate to me and so friggin delish..I could eat a whole container in one sitting. Okay, i've done this once or twice...

We also have marinated cherry peppers stuffed with mussels from the same people who provide us with marinated anchovies, etc. A really fun thing to put out with cocktails or on a meat and cheeseboard!

Plenty of Faroe Island salmon and Hokkaido scallops. Butterflied trout and branzini. We have Chilean seabass, Black cod...dang...so many items to play with!!

Fish meatballs in creamy pesto sauce are back!

Tons of stuff, really. Everything to make your dreams come true...

We have PEI mussels this week. Great thing to add to Settantatre Pasta Co fresh buccatini. Best cheap meal ever!!.Also, Conway Royals are the oysters this week from PEI ...good stuff..and briny..

So have at it!!!

See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..

I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...

Here is the order form. Bring a bag! Bring a bag! Bring a bag!
