Hello everybody!!
Man...how beautful is it out there...Really nice to be able to soak in all this warming sun and experience this delicious, cool breeze on the skin...
Anyway, let's get onto the fish for the week!!! First up is some gorgeous swordfish from our friends in Southern Brasil! These guys know what they doing when they go out for fish. Just like our boys from up north in Maine and Canada. Top notch pros really taking care of the sword they catch. The quality is superb...Crank up the grills, baby!!!
Also on the menu this week is a small shot of halibut cheeks! These things are so delish and perfect for a nice braise or in a tasty curry sauce!!!
We have more head on, shell on wild Argentine red shrimp! Check out our Insta for some tasty pics of what some of you were doing with them. These things are delish and so much fun to just sit around and peel and eat...Great stuff...
We have branzini butterflied as well as whole daurades scaled and gutted!! We have Black cod fillets, wild rock shrimp, the best lobster tails in the world from South Africa and more skate cheeks!
Of course, we have Faroe Island salmon as well as Hokkaido scallops. Both sushi grade whether fresh or blast frozen..And squid tubes are back!
As far as special items go, we have another batch of shrimp and crab canneloni as well as swordfish meatballs in pesto cream sauce from Matt at Settantatre Pasta Co. Spinach linguini is the fresh pasta..
We have smoked pork/beef hot dogs from El Camino. A must if you like hot dogs. Go on. You can admit it...We have more albacore tuna spread coming too! Perfect to go on either an everything or sesame bagel from Kismet. Don't ya think?
Oh. And babka kits are back...relax....
Littleneck clams are the shellfish of the week. And with organic fresh Spinach linguini from Settantatre Pasta Co? Best cheap meal ever! Pleasure Cove oysters from Maine this week. Nice and plump.
See what I mean?? All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...You'll never need to leave the house...
And don't forget your frozen shrimp, crab meat, and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...Coddy Canes are back too..
I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...
