Week of May 18, 2026 - Chestnut Hill Farmers Market Order Form

Hello everybody!!

We do two markets on Saturday so make sure you toggle the correct group! Also, we are looking to hire someone to help us out with the markets at least every other Saturday. You see how much fun we have, yeah? Great for a student or a teacher with some time off! Preferable, we are looking for someone who will be around most of the summer. Email us if you are interested!

Well, the good news is that we have a long weekend coming up!! The bad news is that the weather is going to be crappy. The good news is that you'll have tons of time to laze around, take naps, cook lots of food and eat all day! The bad news is that you'll blow your calorie counts. The great news is who gives shit! Let's enjoy the holiday weekend anyway! It's here. It's long. And we deserve a little break...

So, onto the things you can do with the things that we have. We have fresh claw and knuckle lobster meat in the house! Great for lobster rolls. For sure. And lined up with hot dogs alongside, I don't think there is a better combo.

But,  if you wanted to bouj it up a bit, how about making a pasta dish with bucatini. Lobster loves mushrooms and butter. Saute some mushrooms, add some parsley garlic butter, mount with some cream, toss in your lobster meat and then add your pasta...fantastic..

For those who want to stay on the bouj train, super frozen Chutoro is on the menu! Remember, you have a couple of weeks to thaw it and consume it. It will start to brown after that. Not bad for you but thhe look just isn't the same. Keep it frozen and make sure you thaw it out using the ice bath method as described in the video we posted to our website.

Also, a few of you have been requesting some Chilean seabass in portions. Well, we've done some for you guys! Plus we have some blast frozen halibut as well!!

And our new blended crab meat has been really so well received by everybody! Layered claw, special, lump and jumbo lump all in one can. Let me tell ya, it makes one killer crab cake!!! It's like getting the whole crab in a can! genius...

We have tons of Faroe Island salmon and Hokkaido scallops! Branzini, rainbow trout, Chilean seabass, Black Cod, hamachi loins and kamas, whole daurades..heck...just a million things to choose from!!! Plus a few bluefish and monk fillets too!

We also have more smoked albacore tuna spread! More like a pate to me and so friggin delish..I could eat a whole container in one sitting. Okay, i've done this once or twice...

We also have marinated cherry peppers stuffed with mussels from the same people who provide us with marinated anchovies, etc. A really fun thing to put out with cocktails or on a meat and cheeseboard!

Fish meatballs in creamy pesto sauce are back!

Tons of stuff, really. Everything to make your dreams come true...

We have littleneck clams and PEI mussels this week. Great thing to add to your favorite pasta. Best cheap meal ever!!.Also, Bombazines are the oysters this week from Maine..good stuff..

All this good to stuff to choose from.... Life is good...

And don't forget your frozen shrimp and condiments and sauces...And dog treats for doggies...

I know, I know. Lots of words but, hey, consider the alternative...
