 HELLO EVERYBODY!!!!

Well, we are going to get right down to the nitty gritty here. Lots of you are busy working or zooming or whatever it is that keeps you busy.

Chilean Seabass is on the menu this week! This fish, whose name is really Patagonian Toothfish, is prized for its creamy texture and luxurious flavor. It is usually the most expensive fish on any menu. We got a nice shot of it from one of our great suppliers that is also the direct importer so I know the quality will be diamond. And it is. I mentioned in the previous email to keep the skin on when you cook it to bind everything together and use the same recipe technique as the halibut recipe on our website, smallworldseafood.com. You won't regret it. Finish with some Bibou garlic parsley butter and float to heaven..or waft, whichever you prefer..

South African Lobster tails are here again! Yay!! And why not. Soooo good! Split them completely down the middle and saute meat on med high heat side down, 4 minutes, shell side down, 2 minutes, drop a pad of parsley butter in the pan, cover and turn off the heat. Let sit for 10 minutes. More wafting...

A surprise add on this week is monkfish fillet. Not much local fish around this week due to high winds but a Forrest Gump boat came back with something..We love the Nigella Lawson Curry monkfish recipe also on the website. Yummy!

Mussels are here this week. Oysters are Mayflower Points from Massachusetts. That's a new one. We are offering Spence Scottish style smoked salmon along with the Acme brand for those who want a fattier, creamier smoked salmon. And, we are also offering smoked trout fillets too. Hey, let's brunch it up this weekend, right?

One more thing. Square, the platform we use for ordering, likes our business so much that they are sending a film crew to do a piece on us. So, they will be around for the Rittenhouse and Washington square stops to take some footage. Pretty fun, no?

And, that's it from me. Have at it. Here is the order form.
