 GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY!!

First things first. There are a lot of new people joining the group so I thought it would be a good idea to explain how this works. For those who already know, i apologize for the repeat. The order form below contains choices for you to select. You MUST enter something in every category or the list won't be sent to me. If you don't want something, click on the 'NONE' tab. Once you have placed an order successfully, you will receive a confirmation that you placed an order. You will NOT receive an invoice. I am working on that but you will not for now. Keep track of your total as you go along keeping in mind that many items are in two pound increments so twice the per pound price. If you plan on using Paypal, go to YOUR Paypal account and send money to smallwor...@gmail.com. Please do this RIGHT AFTER you place your order. Many people are sending me money the following week because they forgot. Just do it right away and you can't forget. If you plan on paying in cash, you can do so the day of pick up. I am close to finishing an online ordering platform that will take payment forms other than Paypal, FYI. We will be testing it on a few people to make sure it works properly before we unleash it on everyone.

As I said yesterday in the update, Speckled Trout is on the menu this week. This is a beautiful fresh water fish from Virginia. The fillet is boneless as well so no little bones (almost none-there may be one here and there). Easy to cook. I posted a nifty video yesterday that can also be viewed on our website, smallworldseafood.com.

Also, we have a limited amount of a fish we don"t normally see very often in our parts. KingKlip. This fish is actually from the eel family but looks and tastes a lot like grouper. It is the favored fish in South Africa as well as being prized in South & Central America. This particular catch comes from Panama. Just another fish you will never see in a market but will be cooking at home. Quite versatile in texture, it comes skin off and can be made into fish & chips, sauteed, broiled or braised in a broth. Here is a nice, clean recipe from our friends in South Africa.

Oysters for this week are Raspberry Points. A close cousin to the Pickle Points. Get your shucking knives ready. A lot of people are making a routine out of the oyster thing. I love it.

Anyway, of you go to the order form.

See you tomorrow,

Robert Amar
